Delong style neck is made to fit stainless steel or plastic closures, while the longer neck reduces the amount of splashing that would reach the closure.

Two different cap styles are available. Plug seal caps can provide a closed system or allow gas exchange with a one quarter turn of the cap. The 70mm vented cap has a 0.20µm PVDF hydrophobic membrane to allow for sterile gas exchange while preventing contamination. A silicone liner ensures a tight seal between the cap and flask. The flasks, cap and liners are all fully autoclavable.
